Athlete: "The kayak erg has been incredible for my training. Having a spinal cord injury means I have limited use of my legs making it quite hard to get the required cardio training I require to stay fit and healthy for my sport. The kayak erg takes away that limitation and allows me to reach my target heart rate will also getting a good core rotation and stability work out which has great cross over for sit-skiing."
